004: The liquid heritage

Switzerland produces some of Europe's most sought-after wines. Almost none of it leaves the country. On The Liquid Heritage, we take you behind the cellar door of a family-run Swiss vineyard to do what most visitors never get to do - blend your own bottle. Guided by the winemaker, you'll taste, experiment and combine grape varieties until the blend is yours. Then you cork it, label it, and take it home. Lunch in the vineyard follows. Regional food, the winemaker's table, and a bottle with your name on it.
